Performance Enhancement Program

This program is composed of three modules. The first two modules are full-day modules, the third module is a half-day module. Ideally, these should be delivered with a minimum of two weeks between tracks and a maximum of 4 weeks between modules. It is recommended that all key office personnel, including the physicians participate. Smaller offices, less than 10 total participants can be combined with one or two other offices. Offices of 10 or more participants should experience the program as a working group.
